To thank you for all of your participation in the blog over the last year, we’d like to give you one of my favorite brushes. The Ibiza! It has a lightweight cork handle and the most perfect bristles. The one I’m giving away is a medium sized one, just a little bigger than the picture above and can be used on pretty much any length of hair!

Would absolutely love to win this brush! For the past 3 years I have taken on the role as my Mom’s hairstylist. She has “difficult” hair so I blow-dry it for her every few days to help her out. I think this brush would help me to get her hair smooth and voluminous!

Regan, I am finally commenting because I just need to get this confession off my chest. I cut my own bangs. There. I said it. I am in fact addicted. I justify it because my mom is also a hairdresser and I grew up with a salon in my basement. I know that is no excuse. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. As far as the round brush goes, I have to say that after a traumatizing childhood experience, it has taken me more than 20 years to commit to trying a round brush (about the same time I got the bangs) and I definitely picked one that is a little too small. Reagan, you have been such an inspiration to me. This blog in particular has actually inspired me to care about my hair. I did the mom pony tail for so long…and am so grateful for your tutorials to help break me out of the horrible hair rut I was in.

oh, i hope i win, i really need a new(good) round brush
The brush is neat, but last time I used a round brush it got caught in my hair, so if I won I’d need a tutorial too, which probably makes me too needy.
That said, since everyone else is asking for the brush, I thought I’d distract you for a minute or two and ask for a very basic, totally idiot proof, tutorial on a french braid. My 9 year old daughter wants one so bad and her sausage fingered mom is completely inept.
